No. In order to apply for a job you must have a complete candidate profile and also complete a job application for the position you are applying for. You can use the same candidate profile for multiple positions, but you must complete an application every time you apply for a job.
If you are looking for a particular kind of position, you can create an account with us, then set up a Job Alert, which will email you if a position matching your search terms has been posted. You can also set a timer for how often you will receive emails about these positions and turn them on or off as needed.
